20070214 | The entire Ass Wrecker back catalog has been reworked into sleeves (instead of jewel boxes). At the same time, the first two releases have been remastered. The first, Trioxin's 'Cannibal Holocaust', has been lovingly remixed and remastered in 24/96, including new overdubs, and released on CDR for the first time. Obviously, the original cassette release is no longer available. In addition, Stinker's 'Shit' has received some slight remastering treatment and sounds a bit nicer to the ears now. As part of this catalog rework project, 302'd's 'Fuck the Penis' 2xCDR is going to be remixed and remastered as I was never happy with the original mix. And the Persistence of Vision double disc is going to get a new 24/96 transfer. The bad news is that both are temporarily out-of-print. A 302'd box set is also on the Ass Wrecker schedule. It will include all the old cassettes plus a shitload of rare unreleased demos. Also on the schedule is an F.S.G. box set. F.S.G. was my first band and basically set the blueprint for the early days of 302'd. If there was never an F.S.G., there probably would never have been a 302'd. I've also been busy writing a bunch of lyrics/ideas, so it's possible the future could bring about a new 302'd album, or at least something closely related. Finally, we are in the process of completing another Robert Nobody interview, hopefully it'll be finished in the next six months.. haha.
